What we build
Every garage transformation is assembled from the same four layers. Most homeowners start with the floor and add the rest over time. Some do it all in one project.
A one-day, full-flake polyurea and polyaspartic coating that is four times stronger than epoxy and never yellows.
Most Triangle garages were left with taped-but-unfinished drywall. We finish it like a room.

Install day
A two-car floor is a single crew and a single day on site. Vehicles go back on it 24 hours after the topcoat.
Planetary diamond grinding with HEPA dust extraction opens the concrete so the coating bonds to the slab, not to the surface.
Cracks, pits, and spalls are filled with a fast-cure mender and ground flush. Moisture and hardness are tested and logged.
Pigmented polyurea goes down with a notched squeegee and is broadcast to refusal with your flake blend.
Loose flake is scraped and vacuumed, then a clear polyaspartic topcoat locks everything in with a deep gloss.
Foot traffic a few hours after the topcoat, vehicles at 24 hours, full chemical resistance within 72.
